Key to our success in providing the most effective level of support is our pioneering internet based Support Site that has revolutionised the way in which we can service our clients. All client requests for assistance are logged and updated at each stage of activity taken towards resolution, ensuring clients are always kept up to date and informed.

The Support Site is also a great management information tool, retaining all data and thus allowing clients to search and report by key fields including date, keywords, and incident status. Of course, being internet based, it is always available so clients can log queries at a time that suits their business, and make use of FAQs and advice recorded in respect of previous queries whenever needed, including out of office hours.
